Ana Lucia Peña, MSW, LSW
Mental Health Clinician
Hi! I’m Ana Lucia Peña, a bilingual and bicultural therapist dedicated to creating a compassionate, grounded space where healing feels possible — and even a little hopeful. I bring a trauma-informed approach to all of my work, honoring the unique cultural, familial, and personal experiences that shape each of us.
My clinical passion lies in attachment-based therapy and helping clients reconnect with, nurture, and heal their inner child. I believe that understanding our early relationships can open the door to meaningful change, healthier connections, and a kinder relationship with ourselves.
Whether we’re exploring old wounds, building new coping skills, or celebrating small victories, my goal is to walk alongside you with curiosity, cultural sensitivity, and a touch of light-heartedness. Therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time — sometimes growth comes with laughter, insight, and a deep breath you didn’t know you needed.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing and becoming the most authentic version of yourself.
